The Cart House
A pleasure to return for all the delights of The Cart House. Thank you, Carol for such a warm and thoughtful welcome. Everything was perfect.
Wonderful, well equipped cottage. Very comfy bed. Our batteries are fully recharged after a relaxing stay. Thank you, Carol and Roy for making us so welcome. The little touches around the cottage were lovely.
Lovely accommodation – cosy and comfortable, everything provided for. Our highlight was Great Dixter. Much more to explore next time!
A fantastic cottage! From the warm welcome and superb welcome tray, the flowers and well-equipped cottage, we had a fabulous, relaxing holiday.

The Bake House
Our third stay in the lovely Bake House and I know there will be a fourth. The only question is – how soon? Carol and Roy are friendly and helpful. Love the property, the flowers, cake, marmalade and eggs. Many lovely places to visit – perhaps walking across the cliffs from Birling Gap to Beachy Head is our favourite.
Beautifully furnished and very well-equipped, set beside an idyllic garden – the birdsong is wonderful. The welcome pack surpassed any we have previously experience – and your Victoria sponge is truly delicious, Carol. Yum. Perfect. Thank you.
